摘要：

Patients with severely impaired left ventricular pump function, who necessitate redo coronary bypass surgery have to face a considerably increased risk. We report on a patient who underwent redo surgery with minimal invasive techniques without extra-corporeal circulation. Indication and revascularization strategy are illustrated by the case report.
