摘要
In this work, self-assembled multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) sponge constructed by ice-templating method synergizes the advantages of MWCNTs and organic polymers chitosan (CS) for biosensing applications. The principal MWCNTs of the sponge were used for contact catalysis and electron transfer. The meshy and continuous framework with good biocompatibility provided channels for biomolecular transport and attachment site for various enzymes. The self-assembled MWCNTs sponge showed multifunctional biosensing applications for non-enzymatic dopamine (DA) detection (sensitivity 1211.4 μA mM−1 cm−2), enzymatic glucose detection (73.89 μA mM−1 cm−1) and enzymatic choline chloride (CCh) detection (554.30 μA mM−1 cm−1).
