摘要
Neutral lipids and phospholipids from flowers of Juglans regia were investigated. The contents of saturated and unsaturated fatty acids in the lipids were 34.98 and 65.01%, respectively. Analysis of phospholipids by LC-MS detected six types of phospholipids. Antimicrobial activity of the lipids and phospholipids against bacterial cells of E. coli, C. albicans, and B. subtilis was found. The ac tivity of total phospholipids was greater than that of neutral lipids. The IC50 values for total phospholipids against DPPH, OH, and ABTS were less by 9, 20, and 4 times, respectively.
