We establish the relation between the increase of the quantity ℳ(Sigma;, F) = |a0| + Σ∞n=1 |an| exp (σλn) and the behavior of sequences (|an|) and (λn), where (λn) is a sequence of nonnegative numbers increasing to +∞ and F(s) = a0 +Σ∞n=1 anesλn, s=σ+it is the Dirichlet entire series. © 2000 Kluwer Academic/Plenum Publishers.
