Ferromagnetism Induced by As Doping in ZnO: First-Principles Calculations

摘要
Based on first-principles calculations, the electronic and magnetic properties of As doped wurtzite ZnO were studied. The results indicate that the As dopant can induce the magnetic moment of about 1.0μB, the coupling between the magnetic moments induced by As is ferromagnetic, for which the p–p interaction between As and O atoms should be responsible.
