摘要
Features of the structure and properties of oxygen-containing niobium obtained by vapor-phase crystallization in the presence of an oxygen addition are studied. The effectiveness of the use of this material in fabricating collectors for thermionic converters is evaluated, and the properties and efficiency of oxygen-containing niobium obtained by various methods are compared.
