Chemical thermodynamics of nickel, copper, and zinc uranyl sulfates

摘要
The standard enthalpies of formation at 298.15 K of crystalline A II[UO2(SO4)2]·5H 2O (AII = Ni, Cu, Zn) were determined by reaction calorimetry. The heat capacities of these compounds in the range 7-300 K were measured by adiabatic vacuum calorimetry, and their thermodynamic functions were calculated. The standard entropies and Gibbs energies of formation of these compounds at 298.15 K were calculated. The standard thermodynamic functions of the synthesis reactions were calculated and discussed.
