摘要
A multicompomponent nickel-based metal binder optimized for electrosintering has been developed. Its structure and mechanical properties have been studied. The use of tin as an activator of sintering due to the formation of a limited portion of the liquid phase makes possible the formation of a heterogeneous structure with reinforcing intermetallic inclusions. It has been shown that mechanical properties of Ni-Sn-Cu alloys vary over a wide range depending on the choice of the initial composition of the powder mixture. The established correlations between the composition of the initial mixture and properties of the sintered material provide a purposeful formation of the binder properties for a specific application.
