摘要：

The development of information and computational technologies is a major object of the state’s planning and prognostic activities. Russia does carry out such activities, but its efficiency needs separate discussion. The author notes that a number of ambitious prospects are opening in this sphere today, but a strategy can be elaborated only on the basis of a thorough professional analysis of the developing trends.
