摘要：
Results of a comparative study of methods of derivatization for the determination of β-blockers and β-agonists by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry have been presented. The efficiency of the best method has been confirmed by an example of a GC-MS analysis of a mixture of 13 β-adrenoreceptor modulators after the preparation of corresponding bifunctional derivatives.
