摘要
This article supports the idea of introducing an indicator that would account for articles that containing findings of experimental research in the process of the development of scientometric systems. Articles of this type appear to be the only “imprint” of research, while the rising number of publications falls short of reflecting the actual level of scientific achievements. © 2017, Allerton Press, Inc.
