摘要：
A 5-year-old boy presented with horseshoe kidney with left side uretero-pelvic junction obstruction (UPJO) is presented. Left Anderson-Hynes open pyeloplasty (trans-abdominal, trans-peritoneal approach) was done without symphysiotomy.
