A Retroperitoneal Fibrosis Case Presented with Spontaneous Rupture of Renal Pelvis

Retroperitoneal fibrosis is a rare disease. Patients may present with obstructive uropathy due to ureteral compression. In untreated patients, it may cause renal failure in the future. Our retroperitoneal fibrosis case presented with spontaneous rupture of the renal pelvis. Urinary diversion was provided with a ureteral JJ stent, and retroperitoneal fibrosis regressed with glucocorticoid therapy.
