Effect of Li ion additive on the structural evolution of nano-crystalline sodium-mica glass-ceramic derived via sol-gel route

摘要
The Na-mica glass-ceramic doped by Li ion was synthesized using a sol-gel technique.Incorporation of Li into mica up to 0.7 mol.% could be useful in mica crystallization.Heat treatment at 500 °C produced MgF2 particles as nuclei for mica crystallization.Crystallization activation energy for nucleated sample was assessed 304.4 kJ mol−1.Calculated Avrami parameter (n = 2.21) confirmed the bulk crystallization mechanism.
