摘要
The present study investigates the use of HVAC and solar heating systems inside residential zones using a combination of direct numerical modeling and genetic optimization method in different climates of Iran. The direct numerical modeling is capable of calculating temperature field inside buildings. Then, direct modelling algorithm is used to determine energy consumption rate of the building in the different climates of Iran. The results of direct numerical modelling are checked against those of carrier and energy-plus software. The results show good accordance with those of numerical simulations presented in the open literature.
