摘要
This overview of the biomarker neurofilament light chains (NFL) is published as part of the "Biomarker" series of the Central Journal for Occupational Medicine, Occupational Safety and Ergonomics. The NFL is a serum marker used in the diagnostics of multiple sclerosis. The NFL is suitable as a marker for treatment, progression and recurrence monitoring of multiple sclerosis. Here it shows a high sensitivity and specificity.
