摘要
A new method for exact averaging of the resistivity of a chain of periodically arrayed random short-range potentials has been developed. It is shown that the dependence of the average resistivity of the system on the length of a system having an arbitrary disorder at its centers is a sum of three exponential functions. The nature of the localization of the states as a function of the system’s disorder parameters and the energy of the single-electron states have been investigated.
