摘要
An international seminar devoted to problems concerning the weldability of high-strength pipe steels was held on November 27–30, 2011 at the Taya Grand Hotel in Araxá, Brazil (in the state of Minas-Gerais). The seminar was sponsored and organized by the Companhia Brasileira de Metalurgia e Mineração (CBMM) and the American scientific society TMS. CBMM is the world’s largest producer of niobium-bearing products and is also actively involved in the development, introduction, and practical use of niobium-bearing steels – steels that are widely used in the production of pipes.
