Effects of chaotic dynamic-system behavior on measurement uncertainty

Solutions to the logistic equation are used to show that when a chaotic state develops in a dynamic system, parameter measurements show an anomalous spread. It is proposed evaluating the measurements from the statistical characteristics of the random behavior.
