摘要：
The role of a number of systems that provide cellular homeostasis under exposure to mutagens is considered. Special attention is paid to the mechanisms of DNA repair, antioxidative status, genetic polymorphism, and antimutagenic status. The results of investigations on genetic polymorphism in human cells characterized by inhibition of DNA repair are given. In addition, original data concerning adaptive response are given, which indicate that there is no contribution of reparative systems to this phenomenon.
