Effect of carbon content and stressed state on the corrosion rate of pipe steel in heating systems

摘要
An increase in the carbon content of steel increases the corrosion rate. Comparative corrosion tests for specimens without prior deformation and in a stressed state shows that deformation leads to an increase in corrosion rate.
