摘要
In patients who have undergone cardiac surgery, treating acute postoperative pain appears to be the most effective method of reducing the risk of developing chronic pain. A combination of opioids and paracetamol (acetaminophen) is the most commonly used analgesic regimen. However, treatment should be individualized and take a stepwise approach, with dosages increased and more medications added when necessary. © 2015, Springer International Publishing Switzerland.
