We study the effect of cyclic loading whose amplitude is close to the threshold stress intensity factor on the static tensile stress-strain diagram and creep of cracked specimens of AMg6 alloy and analyze the influence of the frequency and range of the stress intensity factor on the crack-tip opening displacement caused by creep. © 2001 Plenum Publishing Corporation.
