摘要
A glass system of 40P2O5–(21−x) Na2O–38ZnO–xCo3O4–1CuO where (x = 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5) has been prepared by melt quenching technique plus melt and heat treatment techniques to form a nanocrystal phase in the glass. In this study, the XRD spectroscopy has been used to confirm the nanocrystal phase in the glass samples, and XRD analysis has been used to calculate the nanocrystal size, the interplanar spacing, the crystallinity index, dislocation density, and the microstrain of the samples.
