The impact of temperature on the efficiency of the coagulation process of titanyl sulfate and aluminum sulfate

摘要
We have studied the impact of temperature (2–30°) on the efficiency of the process of coagulation of titanyl sulfate and aluminum sulfate in the weakly acid (pH0 6) and weakly alkaline (pH0 8) media. We have established a comparatively high coagulation activity of titanyl sulfate within the whole range of temperatures being studied and the absence of such for aluminum sulfate at < 5°C not only in the weakly acidic region (non-optimal conditions), but at pH0 8.
