摘要
Dressing of grinding wheels on a ceramic bond with a method of diamond tool turning is presented as an impact system. The time and force characteristics of the “abrasive grain-diamond crystal” interaction, as an impact contact system are obtained, according to which the impact force, which is transmitted to the elastic base and determines its stress state, are evaluated. The results of theoretical developments, in particular, dimensional analysis of the failure products of the grinding wheel working surface and its laser scanning after dressing in different modes are confirmed by experimental studies.
