摘要
The nonaxisymmetric thermoplasticity problem for a laminar solid of revolution is solved by successive approximation. The theory of deformation along slightly curved trajectories linearized by the secondary-stress method is employed. Numerical examples show that the proposed procedure reduces the number of successive approximations by 20% relative to the traditional approach.
