摘要
In this paper, the alkali/urea system was used to dissolve cellulose and its derivatives and Antarctic krill protein, and then the solution is made into fibers in different coagulation baths by a wet spinning process. In this study, sulfates (ZnSO4, KAl(SO4)2) were added to the coagulation baths of H2SO4 and Na2SO4 to study the effects of different ions on the intermolecular interaction, crystallization, thermal stability and other properties of Cellulose/Dialdehyde cellulose/Antarctic krill protein (C/DAC/AKP) composite fibers. The results showed that the intermolecular hydrogen bond content of the composite fibers prepared after adding sulfates to the coagulation bath increased, and the crystallization and thermal properties were also improved. Among them, the performance of the composite fibers prepared in H2SO4/Na2SO4/KAl(SO4)2 has improved significantly. At the same time, in vitro cell culture and antibacterial experiments, the composite fibers showed non-toxic and good antibacterial activity, which has guiding significance for the research and application of medical materials.
