摘要
Fifteen polymorphic microsatellite loci of the yellow-breasted Bunting were isolated and evaluated with a sample of 31 individuals collected from Guangzhou, China. The allele number of these polymorphic markers ranged from 4 to 11 per locus, with the average of 6.588. Observed heterozygosity varied from 0.3226 to 0.9333 with an average of 0.5824, while expected values for these loci ranged from 0.4775 to 0.8683 with an average of 0.6828. Exact tests for HWE revealed that 3 of 15 loci (HXW6, HXW18 and HXW45) significantly deviated from Hardy–Weinberg equilibrium after Bonferroni correction (P < 0.0031). Only one pair of loci (HXW59 and HXW71) showed significant linkage disequilibrium (P < 0.01).
