摘要
Three Ta-doped strontium titanates were prepared as potential candidates for n-type thermoelectric oxides. The purity of the polycrystalline samples of SrTi1−xTaxO3 (x = 0.05 to 0.14) were characterized by means of powder x-ray diffraction and electron probe micro analysis (EPMA). We present the results of Seebeck coefficient, electrical conductivity, and thermal conductivity measurements performed at high temperatures.
