摘要
A device for producing nuclear membranes by bombarding a polymer film with argon ions on an PM-7 (У-120)cyclotron is described. Controlling the speed of the film’s movement in proportion to the intensity of the ion flux allows one to achieve a uniform distribution of pores over the film area along its length with a scatter of ≤10%.
