Vibrational spectra of strained (001) ZnSe/ZnS, ZnSe/ZnTe, and ZnS/ZnTe superlattices in terms of the Keating model

摘要
The dynamics of strained (001) ZnSe/ZnS, ZnSe/ZnTe, and ZnS/ZnTe superlattices is calculated in terms of the Keating model, taking into account the long-range Coulomb force. The effect of a plane deformation on the phonon spectra of bulk materials and superlattices is studied. The dependence of a strain-induced shift of the studied modes on the number of monolayers and relative thickness of constituents is analyzed.
