摘要
The Mie problem with modified boundary conditions that take into account the influence of a thin surface layer on the scattering of an electromagnetic wave by a spherical particle is considered. Analytical equations are derived for the partial amplitudes of scattered waves and forced oscillations. These equations are applicable in the case of anisotropy and gyrotropy of an optical response from the surface layer.
