Grundlagen: Laparoskopische Operationstechniken werden zunehmend auch bei Patienten mit Morbus Crohn eingesetzt. Anhand einer prospektiven Beobachtungsstudie und internationaler Berichte wird der Stellenwert der minimal invasiven Chirurgie bei Patienten mit kompliziertem Morbus Crohn erörtert.
