摘要
The relaxation process of the KU-1 silica glass structure under annealing at 825-980°C was researched, and the energy of activation of the relaxation process was defined. The formula for calculation of the relaxation time of the KU-1 silica glass is τ = 2 × 10 -15 exp(85800/RT), [hour]. © 2011 Allerton Press, Inc.
