摘要
TiC particles were in situ synthesized in body-centered-cubic (BCC) Ni0.6CoFe1.4 MEAs by vacuum induction melting. Results showed that both the hardness and wear resistance of the as-cast composites are significantly improved with the increase of TiC content. TiC particles dispersed inside matrix could not only effectively retard the adhesive wear and abrasive wear by increasing the hardness of alloy, but also promote the formation of lubricating tribo-oxide layer on the worn surface during sliding process.
