摘要
A dielectric capacitance thermometer was fabricated using KTa0.99Nb0.01O3\documentclass[12pt]{minimal} \usepackage{amsmath} \usepackage{wasysym} \usepackage{amsfonts} \usepackage{amssymb} \usepackage{amsbsy} \usepackage{mathrsfs} \usepackage{upgreek} \setlength{\oddsidemargin}{-69pt} \begin{document}$$\mathrm {KTa}_{0.99}\mathrm {Nb}_{0.01}\mathrm {O}_3$$\end{document} (KTN) quantum ferroelectric material for assembling a prototype of the dielectric microcalorimeter (DMC). The prototype of the DMC was assembled with the KTN thermometer and irradiated with alpha rays with an energy of 5.5 MeV with applying a constant bias voltage at a temperature of 100 mK. For recording detection signal pulses, the trigger signals were generated by shaping output of a preamplifier using a band-pass filter with a pass frequency of 1–10 kHz.
