摘要
We present "Hausärztliche Fortbildung Hamburg (HFH)", a CME-program for general practitioners in Hamburg. This program is developed by academic general practice (Department of Primary Medical Care, University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf and the German Society for General Practice and Family Medicine (DEGAM)) together with the professional associations of primary care physicians ("Hausärzteverband Hamburg" and "Verein hausärztlicher Internisten Hamburg") and the training center of the Chart of Physicians of Hamburg (Fortbildungsakademie der Ärztekammer). HFH provides an independent, evidence-based, harmonized, accessible and affordable CME-program for general practitioners. General practitioners participated in the planning and conducting of the CME-sessions to guarantee that the key aspects are custom-tailored. Several didactical methods to meet the needs of GPs like focussing on practical aspects and interactivity are used. © Georg Thieme Verlag KG Stuttgart.
