A model of formation of inhomogeneous magnetic structures in weak ferromagnets of rhombohedral symmetry is presented, which is based on the general theory of ferromagnetism in such compounds. The dependence of the period of magnetic inhomogeneities on the parameters of samples is qualitatively calculated. A comparison with experimental data is given.
