摘要
Catheter fracture and cardiac migration are rare but known complications. To our knowledge, this is the second reported case of catheter migration into the coronary sinus. The broken fragment was successfully retrieved using helical basket, whereas biplane fluoroscopy was helpful in the heart chambers because of a difficult spatial orientation. No complications were noted during or after this procedure. © 2012 Japanese Association of Cardiovascular Intervention and Therapeutics.
