摘要
In this paper, the new 3D printing suspension carrier was designed based on the triply periodic minimal surface (TPMS) equation. Compared with other mathematical expressions, the TPMS equation has implicit features, and the performance parameters in the design software are easy to control and adjust. The research steps of this paper were, first, to design and use 3D printing to obtain the TPMS suspension carrier. Then, FLUENT software was used to carry out numerical simulation research on the flow field characteristics of the suspended carrier, and the simulated wastewater and the moving bed biofilm reactor (MBBR) were used to carry out experimental research on the performance of sewage treatment. The numerical simulation results showed that the number of vortices in the reactor was increased, the mass transfer dead area was reduced, and a large aerobic area and a stable hydraulic environment were formed inside the carrier, which reflected the structural characteristics of TPMS. The experimental results showed that the highest removal efficiency of COD and NH4+-N in the reactor reached 93.10% and 90.56%, respectively, and the effluent quality was better than the national first-level standard A. Thence, this study provided a preliminary research basis for a new method for solving the TPMS equation under specific conditions.
