In this paper, we establish a two-step modulus-based matrix splitting iteration method for solving a class of nonlinear complementarity problems with the system matrix being an H+\documentclass[12pt]{minimal} \usepackage{amsmath} \usepackage{wasysym} \usepackage{amsfonts} \usepackage{amssymb} \usepackage{amsbsy} \usepackage{mathrsfs} \usepackage{upgreek} \setlength{\oddsidemargin}{-69pt} \begin{document}$$H_+$$\end{document}-matrix. The convergence analysis of the proposed method is given. Numerical examples show that the proposed method is efficient.
