Block diagrams, technical characteristics and features of the use of new instruments, designed to be used as 1st and 2nd grade working standards for checking alternating voltage measuring instruments in the signal frequency and voltage ranges of 5 Hz–1500 MHz and 10 mV–150 V, are described.
