Die Arbeit gibt einen Überblick über die Einordnung der praxisorientierten Psychotherapieforschung in das Gesamtspektrum der Psychotherapieforschung, berichtet aktuelle Entwicklungen der praxisorientierten Psychotherapieforschung, stellt Durchführungs- und Anwendungsbeispiele vor, und stellt somit Vor- und Nachteile der Praxisorientierten Psychotherapieforschung zur Diskussion, um aktuellen Entwicklungen der Forschung des Gegenstandsbereichs der Psychotherapie gerecht zu werden.
