Germline testing for predisposition to ovarian/breast cancer should be routinely recommended in all patients with invasive epithelial ovarian cancer

Given the marked prevalence of germline mutations among women with ovarian cancer, we recommend universal BRCA genetic screening, regardless of patient age or family history. © Association of Gynecologic Oncologists of India 2017.
