摘要
The article is devoted to the study of female labor in the USSR during World War II (WWII). During this time, strict legislative norms were introduced that regulated working conditions in the Soviet Union. This study examines the work of women in industrial sectors of the national economy and in agricultural production. Additionally, the special role and significance of labor for winning the war is also covered. This study demonstrates that women were provided with equal rights and opportunities on an equal basis with men. The purpose of this study is to analyze, evaluate and show what role women’s work played in achieving victory during WWII, as well as to determine the conditions under which women had to work, and to establish how labor was organized at that time. This study makes it possible to better understand the role and significance of women’s work in the post-war periods.
