摘要
Medical students effectively use logbooks during their clerkship in general practice to reflect and deepen their experience. For the first time in Germany, we used an online logbook in Düsseldorf: Students get an assignment by email every day, answer it, and send it back the same day. The students accepted the online logbook very well, most of them answered the tasks given elaborately. The online process gave us the chance to communicate positions and to comment those of the students, which enabled us to get into a discourse with the students. The organisation of the online logbook ran without problems. At the end, the evaluation by the students was quite positive, so we feel encouraged to continue. © Deutscher Ärzte-Verlag.
