摘要：

The article deals with the operation of power engineering, one of the largest branches of the machine-building complex. The main factors that determined the production dynamics of the main types of power equipment are identified and evaluated. The results of investigation of investment and innovative activities in the industry are provided. The evaluation of factors of industry development is given. © 2010 Pleiades Publishing, Ltd.
