Abstract: Jet methods for applying polymer powder coatings to the surface of products are considered. Technical solutions are presented to improve their efficiency, especially when performing work in the field (route) conditions. Mathematical modeling of aerodynamic, thermal, physical, and chemical processes in the flow cavities of sprayers is carried out. Rational design parameters of sprayers, coating application modes are determined, which make it possible to reduce their porosity and increase adhesive strength. © 2022, Allerton Press, Inc.
