摘要：
The increase in severe hypoglycemia in insulin dependent diabetes patients necessitates extended therapy concepts which affect the treatment team and the diabetes patients in the same way. This article discusses insulin therapy, acceptance problems, hypoglycemia awareness barriers and potential solution routes thereby reflecting the medical approach and psychosocial background.
